Tabata Strength Slam Ball

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise:
    1. Slam Ball Deadlifts
    2. Slam Ball Squats
    3. Slam Ball Overhead Press
    4. Slam Ball Russian Twists

Instructions:
- Perform each exercise for the designated time interval before moving on to the next.
- Focus on using the slam ball to build strength and power in each movement.
- Rest for 1 minute between each exercise.
- Repeat the entire Tabata circuit for a total of 32 rounds.
