  • 8 rounds of:


    • 20 seconds of Slam Ball Deadlifts
    • 10 seconds rest
  • 8 rounds of:


    • 20 seconds of Slam Ball Ground to Overhead
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows proper form


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next round.
- Focus on maintaining good form and generating power with each rep.
- Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to complete the full 20 seconds of work.
