Strength Slam // Thursday - 2025.03.13
Tabata Strength Slam BallTabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Slam Ball Overhead Lunges
- 10 seconds of rest
Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Weight vest (optional)
Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of Slam Ball Overhead Lunges during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. You can wear a weight vest for added challenge.
