EMOM Strength Slam Ball

EMOM for 15 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder (50/30lbs)
- Even minutes: 5 Back Squats (185/135lbs)


Instructions:
Perform 10 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder on odd minutes and then 5 Back Squats on even minutes. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout. Adjust weights as needed to ensure proper intensity.
