  • 20 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder
  • 15 Slam Ball Squats
  • 10 Slam Ball Thrusters
  • 5 Slam Ball Clean and Press

Slam Ball Weight: 30/20 lbs
Time Cap: 10 Minutes.


Note: Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the movements, especially when lifting the Slam Ball overhead.
