AMRAP Strength Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Slam Balls
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Goblet Squats

- Slam Ball


Notes:
Perform each round of 10 Slam Balls, 10 Push-ups, and 10 Goblet Squats as quickly as possible, then repeat for as many rounds as possible in the 15-minute time cap. Focus on maintaining good form and breathing throughout the workout.
