AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 10 Box Jumps

- Slam Ball


Notes:
- Perform each round of 10 reps of each movement as quickly as possible, focusing on explosiveness and power.
- Scale the height of the box jumps and modify the push-ups as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
