  • 20 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
  • 15 Slam Ball Goblet Squats
  • 10 Slam Ball Lunges (each leg)
  • 5 Slam Ball Turkish Get-ups (each side)

Slam Ball Weight: Choose a challenging weight
Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Note: Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout, especially during the Turkish Get-ups.
