Tabata Strength Slam BallTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Slam Ball Deadlifts
- Slam Ball Russian Twists
- Slam Ball Overhead Press
- Slam Ball Squats
Equipment:
- Slam Ball (choose a challenging weight)
Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing through the full 20 seconds of work. Adjust the weight of the slam ball as needed to challenge yourself.
