  • 8 rounds (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest) of:
    • Slam Ball Cleans

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many Slam Ball Cleans as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on explosiveness and proper form throughout each round.
