- 10 Slam Balls
- 15 Push-ups
- 20 Air Squats
Equipment: Slam Ball
Notes: This workout will test your strength and endurance as you cycle through rounds of slam balls, push-ups, and air squats. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the entire workout and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible within the time cap.
