EMOM Strength Slam Ball

EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Slam Balls (#30)
  • Even Minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225)

Instructions: Perform 10 Slam Balls every odd minute and 5 Deadlifts every even minute for a total of 15 minutes. Adjust weight as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
