  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Kettlebell Swings
    • 10 seconds of rest

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete each round with good form.


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of Kettlebell Swings in the 20-second work intervals, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout all 8 rounds.
