Chipper For Time:


  • 20 Front Rack Lunges (95/65 lb)
  • 15 Deadlifts (185/135 lb)
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lb)
  • 5 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75 lb)
  • 200 meter Run

Barbell: Use the designated weights for each movement. Adjust as needed for scaling.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
