EMOM Strength Rope

EMOM for 10 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 3 Deadlifts (#275 / #185) + 1 Rope Climb
- Even Minutes: 6 Box Jumps + 10 Russian Kettlebell Swings (#70 / #53)


Instructions:
- Choose a weight that challenges you for the deadlifts.
- Scale the height of the box jumps and the weight of the kettlebell as needed.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement.
- Rest as needed between rounds to ensure proper recovery.
