EMOM Strength Box

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Back Squats at 75% of 1RM
  • Even Minutes: 10 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Box
- Barbell


Notes:
Choose a weight for the back squats that is challenging but allows you to complete all 5 reps with good form. Rest as needed between sets, but aim to complete the work within the minute for each round. Adjust box height as needed for box jumps.
