- Even Minutes: 5 Box Jumps
Barbell: Choose a weight that challenges you for the Back Squats
Box Height: Choose a height that is challenging but manageable for the Box Jumps
Instructions: Alternate between the Back Squats and Box Jumps every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout.
