Barbell Weight: Bodyweight for Back Squats
Box Height: 24/20 inches


Instructions: Perform 5 back squats at your bodyweight, then immediately do 5 box jumps on a 24/20 inch box. Repeat this every minute on the minute for a total of 10 minutes.
