Tabata Strength Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Stationary Bike (maximum effort)
    2. Front Squats (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:
- Alternate between the stationary bike and front squats, completing 8 rounds of each movement in a Tabata format.
- Score is total reps completed on the front squats.
- Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself to the limit on the bike.
- Adjust weight on front squats as needed to maintain proper technique.
