- 5 Deadlifts

- Wall Ball
- Barbell
- Weights for barbell
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 wall balls and 5 deadlifts. Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Rest as needed between rounds to maximize effort in each set.
