Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
    • Barbell Deadlifts
    • Barbell Hang Power Cleans
    • Barbell Push Press
    • Barbell Front Squats

Barbell: Choose a weight that allows for consistent movement throughout the 20-second work intervals.


Instructions: Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and consistent effort throughout each interval.
