AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 15 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
  • 20 Dumbbell Deadlifts

Dumbbell Weight: Men 50lbs / Women 35lbs


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the prescribed exercises. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout to build strength endurance. Rest as needed, but aim to keep moving consistently to maximize your rounds.
