- 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Choose a challenging weight for the bench press that allows you to complete at least 5 reps unbroken. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout to build strength endurance.
