EMOM Strength Wall Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs) + 5 Toes-to-Bar
- Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs) + 5 Handstand Push-ups


Notes:
- Perform the designated movements at the start of each minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout.
- Adjust weights and reps as needed to ensure proper intensity and challenge.
