EMOM Strength RigEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
- Even minutes: 5 Strict Pull-ups
Instructions:
- Every odd minute, perform 5 heavy deadlifts.
- Every even minute, complete 5 strict pull-ups.
- Scale weight and reps as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
- Aim to complete the designated reps within the minute to allow for adequate rest before the next set.
