EMOM Strength Dumbbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- 5 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
- 5 Dumbbell Push Press


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets throughout the workout.


Instructions: Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout.
