Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes:


  • 2 Front Squats
  • 2 Push Press

Barbell: #135 / #95


Instructions: Perform 2 front squats and 2 push press at the top of each minute for 10 minutes. Use a weight that challenges you but allows for good form throughout. Rest the remainder of the minute after completing the reps.
