EMOM Strength Dumbbell

Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes:
- 5 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- 5 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
- 5 Dumbbell Push Press


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
EMOM Format: Complete the prescribed reps at the start of each minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute.
