EMOM Strength RigEMOM for 12 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Back Squats at 80% of 1RM
- Even minutes: 5 Strict Pull-ups
Equipment:
- Rig
- Barbell
- Weight plates
Instructions:
Perform 5 back squats at 80% of your 1-rep max on the odd minutes, then immediately do 5 strict pull-ups on the even minutes. Repeat this for a total of 12 minutes. Adjust the weight on the barbell as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
