EMOM Strength Dumbbell

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
- 5 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- 5 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
- 5 Dumbbell Front Squats


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
Instructions: Perform the complex of deadlifts, hang power cleans, and front squats at the top of each minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. This workout will focus on strength and muscular endurance.
