- 1 Bench Press at 75% of 1RM
Instructions:
Perform 1 Bench Press every minute on the minute for 12 minutes at 75% of your 1 Rep Max. Focus on maintaining good form and control throughout each set. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set.
