  • 5 Back Squats at 80% of 1RM

Equipment: Barbell, weights, squat rack


Instructions: Perform 5 back squats at 80% of your one-rep max every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
