EMOM Strength Bench

EMOM x 12:
- 5 Bench Press
- 10 Push-ups


Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
- Set up your bench with a challenging weight for the bench press.
- Every minute on the minute, perform 5 bench press reps followed by 10 push-ups.
- Rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Continue this pattern for a total of 12 minutes.
- Choose a weight that allows you to complete the bench press reps with proper form.
- Scale the push-ups as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
