EMOM Strength Medicine Ball

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 5 Wall Balls

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball (20/14 lbs)
- Barbell with appropriate weight


Instructions:
Perform 5 deadlifts with a challenging weight on the barbell, then immediately grab the medicine ball and perform 5 wall balls before the minute is up. Rest the remaining time in the minute before starting the next round. Adjust weights as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
