EMOM Strength Wall BallEvery Minute on the Minute for 12 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Wall Balls (20/14#) + 5 Power Cleans (135/95#)
- Even Minutes: 5 Wall Balls (20/14#) + 5 Front Squats (135/95#)
Instructions:
- Perform 5 Wall Balls and 5 Power Cleans on the odd minutes, then 5 Wall Balls and 5 Front Squats on the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust weight as needed for your skill level.
- This workout is designed to focus on strength and conditioning. Make sure to maintain good form throughout the movements to prevent injury.
