  • 3 Hang Power Cleans
  • 3 Front Squats

Instructions: Perform 3 deadlifts, 3 hang power cleans, and 3 front squats at the top of each minute. Rest the remainder of the minute. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows for good form throughout.
