EMOM Strength Barbell

EMOM for 12 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Back Squats
- Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts


Barbell: Use a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.


Instructions: The goal of this workout is to focus on strength development with the back squats and deadlifts. Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to complete the reps with proper form. Rest for the remainder of each minute if you finish the reps before the next minute begins.
