Tabata Strength Stationary Bike

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds on Stationary Bike (max effort)
- 10 seconds rest


Strength Portion:
- 5 sets of:
- 5 Back Squats
- 5 Deadlifts


Notes:
- Focus on heavy weight for the strength portion, while pushing max effort on the Tabata sprints.
- Rest as needed between sets, but aim to keep the intensity high throughout the workout.
