Chipper Strength Bench

For Time:
- 20 Bench Press at bodyweight
- 40 Box Jumps (24/20")
- 30 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
- 20 Burpee Pull-ups
- 10 Deadlifts at 1.5x bodyweight

- Box
- Dumbbells
- Pull-up bar
- Barbell


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
