  • 50 Resistance Band Deadlifts
  • 40 Resistance Band Rows
  • 30 Resistance Band Push Press
  • 20 Resistance Band Front Squats
  • 10 Resistance Band Thrusters

Resistance Band: Choose a band with appropriate resistance for each movement.


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Focus on maintaining proper form and controlled movements throughout. Time cap is 20 minutes.
