  • 40 Deadlifts
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Equipment: Wall Ball, Barbell


Barbell: #185 / #125


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Notes: Start with the wall balls to get the heart rate up, then move into the strength movements of deadlifts and handstand push-ups. Finish with the gymnastics movements of toes-to-bar and muscle-ups.
