- 30 Kettlebell Lunges (15 each leg)
- 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (10 each arm)
- 10 Kettlebell Deadlifts
Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
