  • 40 Deadlifts
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Wall Ball, Barbell, Box


Barbell: #185 / #125


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. The strength focus is on the Deadlifts, so choose a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the workout. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and safety.
