  • 20 Bench Press
  • 50 Sit-ups
  • 15 Bench Press
  • 40 Russian Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Bench Press
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 5 Bench Press

Equipment:
- Bench
- Kettlebell
- Box


Instructions:
Choose a challenging weight for the Bench Press that allows you to complete all reps with good form. Break up the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Time cap is 20 minutes.
