Chipper Strength Resistance Band

For Time:


  • 20 Deadlifts
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 40 Push-ups
  • 50 Air Squats
  • 60 Sit-ups
  • 70 Double Unders

Resistance Band: Use for assisted pull-ups if needed


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Focus on maintaining proper form throughout the workout, especially during the strength portion of deadlifts. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
