Chipper Strength Slam Ball

For Time:
- 50 Slam Balls
- 40 Air Squats
- 30 Push Press
- 20 Deadlifts
- 10 Burpee Box Jumps


Equipment:
- 1 Slam Ball
- Barbell with weights


Instructions:
Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout. Adjust weights as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining proper form. Time cap: 20 minutes.
