EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Box Jumps
- 5 Burpees
- 5 Deadlifts


Equipment: Box, Barbell


Barbell Weight: Moderate to Heavy


Instructions: Perform 5 box jumps, 5 burpees, and 5 deadlifts at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
