Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Box Jumps
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Box (24/20 inches)


Instructions:
Perform as many Box Jumps as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on explosive power and drive through your legs during each jump.
