AMRAP Strength Box

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 10 Box Step-ups (weighted)
  • 10 Box Dips
  • 10 Box Squats

Equipment:
- Box (adjust height as needed)
- Dumbbells or kettlebells for weighted step-ups


Notes:
Focus on explosive power for the box jumps and step-ups while maintaining proper form for the box dips and squats. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
