  • Box Step-ups
  • Box Dips
  • Box Jumps

Equipment: Box
Strength Focus: Box jumps for explosive power, box step-ups for unilateral leg strength, box dips for upper body pushing strength.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving onto the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) for each movement. Focus on explosive power and control throughout each movement.
